Apple crumble from pauline

I love crumbles! My favorites are with apple, pears or rhubarb.

You will need 675g apples, 110g plain flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 pint milk, 110g butter, 55g granulated sugar, demerara sugar, ground cinnamon, and a lemon.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.

Peel, core and chop the apples into chunks
Place in a baking dish
Sprinkle over the cinnamon and demerara sugar. Squeeze some lemon juice. Mix.
For the crumble first mix the eggs and milk in a bowl. In another bowl mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the centre. Pour over and mix the egg/milk mixture little by little.
Paste the crumble mixture over the apples
Bake for 30 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
