This is a great starter or healthy-ish snack. Well, at least you're getting vitamins and 'good' oils.

You will need 1 avocado, olive oil (virgin first pressed tastes best), and vinegar (I like balsamic but if you have a mer/mother please do make your own).

If you cannot find any ripe avocados you can cut your unripe avocado in half, remove the stone, and put in in the micriowave on its lowest setting for 20 seconds. It seems to do the trick.
