Japanese beef and rice from pauline

When I travelled to Japan last year I had this amazing kobe beef with fried rice.

I've tried to recreate this with ingredients bought in England.

You will need beef, mushrooms, beansprouts, spring onion, chillies and pak choy.

You will also need rice, eggs and garlic (not pictured).

Steam the rice.

Chop the chillies, spring onion and garlic.

Wash and chop the mushrooms, pack choy and beansprouts into bite size chunks.

Fry the chillies, spring onion and garlic in some vegetable oil.
Add the pak choy, mushrooms and beansprouts

Fry the steaks on a high heat, in a seperate pan, for about 1 and a half minutes on each side.

Put the steak on a chopping board and slice into bite size pieces.

Add the steamed rice and two eggs. Stir.
Serve in a bowl. Add the succulent beef on top.

Enjoy!
