My grandmother used to make these for me when I was little in Saint Tropez, in the South of France. They were the yummiest thing I had ever tasted!
You will need peaches, pine nuts, jam, unsalted butter and sugar.
| Peches au four ingredients |
Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.
| Cut peaches in half, remove stones and place on an oven dish |
| Add chunks of butter |
| Add pine nuts |
| Add jam |
Put the peaches in the oven for 20 minutes.
| Add sugar to the peaches and put them back in the oven |
| When the peaches have caramalised remove them from the oven |
| Serve and enjoy! |
