| You will need a rack of lamb, rosemary sprigs, mustard, breadcrumbs, honey and dried herbs |
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius.

| In a bowl put 4 teaspoons mustard, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons dried herbs, 1 teaspoon honey, salt and pepper |

| Mix these together into a paste |

| Place the rack of lamb in a baking tray |
 |
| Spread the paste onto the lamb and add a few sprigs of rosemary to the pan |

| Put in the oven for 25 minutes |
