Ravioli and butter from pauline

This is a dish that I do when I have no time or when I am tired and want something extremely simple. You will need ravioli - I go for different variations depending on my fancies of the day but quite like mushrooms in my ravioli. For your interest ravioli is the plural of raviolo. One raviolo, two ravioli, many ravioli. You will also need butter, I like slightly salted and go for a local variety to reduce the amount of carbon used to get my butter to me.

- Boil some water in a pan. I add salt. - When water is boiling add ravioli and cook for required time marked on the packet

- In the meantime put chunks of butter on a plate / bowl

- Strain / sieve ravioli - Put sieve back on pot for a bit - the steam and heat evaporates any extra water still on the ravioli
