This is a nice easy tasty summery dish. Plus I do not feel so bad about buying something ready-made as I am eating healthy salad to counter balance its effects.

You will need lettuce - I like iceberg, avocado, sweetcorn, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a ready-made something. This can vary from bacon and ham quiche, cheese and tomato quiche, lasagna, to shepherd's pie - as I have chosen here.

- Pre-heat the oven at temperature specified on the packet for about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how hungry you are and so how long you are willing to wait - Put ready-made dish in oven (in oven-proof dish) for specified time - In the meantime prepare your salad and dressing: - Add iceberg lettuce to plate - Dice avocado
