You will need salmon (1 fillet per person), breadcrumbs, mustard and Demerara sugar. I accompanied the salmon with rice and mangetouts.

- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celcius
- Steam / boil the rice
- Put some aluminium foil on your oven dish and add some vegetable oil
- Place the salmon on the aluminium foil

- Put one tablespoon Demerara sugar and four tablespoons of breadcrumbs in a plate

- Mix
- Add one teaspoon of mustard
