Spaghetti Bolognese from pauline

A hearty dish that is fun to do and loved by all.

You will need some minced meat - I had 400g which was plenty for 2 people, fresh spaghetti, one onion, mushroms and tomato sauce.

- Clean and chop the mushrooms. I chopped each mushroom into 4 so that they were not too chunky.

- Dice the onion

- Heat a pan with a good serving of olive oil on a medium heat - Fry the onions - When the onions are slightly golden make space in the centre for the meat

- Fry the meat on one side

- Turn the meat and fry it on the other side. You may then mix it around.

- Add the mushrooms

- In the meantime boil some water in a pan. When boiling cook the pasta for the time on the pack. - Turn down the heat of the meat and add the tomato sauce and stir around

- When the pasta is ready, drain the put sieve on pan to dry pasta
