You will need bacon (I like unsmoked - 4 slices per person), single cream (2 tablespoons per person), eggs (1 per person), parmesan cheese and spaghetti.

- Boil some water in a pan - Slice the bacon into bite size chunks

- Fry the bacon on a medium heat

- When the water is boiling, cook the spaghetti for the required time. (Use a fork and twist to get the spaghetti into the water)

- Put the egg yolks in a bowl.

- Whisk with a fork. - Add the single cream. Whisk. - Add grated parmesan cheese. I add 2 heaped teaspoons per person but this will depend on your desired cheesiness. - Add pepper as desired

- When the bacon is ready turn down the heat to low

- When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add it to the bacon. Mix.
